I would give them 100 stars if I could! As typical, our AC went out right before a heat wave. Mark had the repairman here in two days and could have had him here even faster, but I had plans for Fathers Day. He gave me a time range of a half hour and the repairman was at our door exactly on time. He was polite and explained exactly what was wrong. It's now 1 and a half hours later and the AC is working like a charm! His prices were super reasonable and he gave me a estimate and the bill came in exactly what he said it would be.

Mark & Eddie were wonderful to work with and did great work! I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Rented a new home and unit was completely done. Mr. Huggins and his guy worked a miracle. I actually had tears in my eyes after they put in the new unit. I can finally enjoy the space thanks to them. Wonderful crew. God bless.

Mark has worked on my HVAC/AC for years first in OM New Town and now Reisterstown. My recent AC repair had a part go up on it and I called Saturday late afternoon. Sunday morning around 9:30 AM he fixed the unit and only charged for the service call and nothing for parts that he had in his truck. Very happy with the service over the years.

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable about everything they were doing. We had them replace the last of our poly pipes and replace the hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone!!

He took time to diagnose, repair and help us understand the "why" the system failed. The experience was one we will never forget. 4. Professionalism. 5. All my expectations were exceeded. Best business I've ever dealt with. Honest, fast, and cheap! However don't be fooled they do quality work. Will continue to use them forever! Mark is amazing!
